Cynthia is a doctoral student at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. Previously, she was a research project manager for NCTE at CEPR. Her work included coordinating video observations in participating school districts, supporting raters with the CLASS instrument, and developing online resources for NCTE. Prior to joining NCTE, Cynthia taught elementary school in Los Angeles. Cynthia holds a B.A. from the University of California Los Angeles and an Ed.M. from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
