 Connect with CEPR projects at the 2024 APPAM Fall Research Conference hosted by the Association for Public Policy Analysis & Management in National Harbor, Maryland this November 21-23.

 The theme, ***Policymaking at the Federal, State, and Local Levels***, invites consideration of how sound policy design and implementation requires thoughtful consideration of how policies play out, and interact, at multiple levels of government, and useful policy research requires careful attention to the context in which a policy is implemented, including the level of government.

 Check out CEPR sessions:

- **Policymaking for Community College Pandemic Recovery: A Look at Federal and Local Pandemic Recovery Efforts, Saturday, November 23rd at 10:15:** CEPR Senior Research Analyst Rachel Worsham will present results from the LTES team's evaluation of the impacts of course modality on student academic outcomes.
- **Career Connections: State and Local Efforts to Align Community College Programs with the Labor Market, Saturday, November 23rd at 3:30:** CEPR Associate Director of Research Elise Swanson will present results from the LTES team's analysis looking at the relationship between wages and community college enrollment.
