 Addressing chronic absenteeism is a nationwide policy priority. Sativa Thompson, Hayley Didriksen, Elise Swanson, and Jennifer Ash of the National Center for Rural Education Research Networks (NCRERN) will share findings from a national randomized controlled trial which scaled and replicated personalized messaging—a low-cost intervention for absenteeism—in 46 rural districts in 18 states.
