**Zachary Bleemer**, Assistant Professor of Economics, Princeton University

Join CEPR on February 4 for a timely conversation with Zachary Beemer, Assistant Professor of Economics at [Princeton University](https://www.linkedin.com/company/princeton-university/).

As affirmative action loses political feasibility, many universities have implemented race-neutral alternatives like top percent policies and holistic review to increase enrollment among disadvantaged students. Bleemer will discuss his research on the most common race-neutral alternatives to affirmative action and the policies' effects on universities’ socioeconomic composition.

If you cannot join us in person, the event will also be livestreamed at: [http://cepr.harvard.edu/pier-seminar](/pier-seminar)

*This event is accessible, free, and open to the public. Seating is first-come, first-seated.*
