 Defining what questions you most need to answer to advance your strategic priorities is a core skill for using data effectively. This interactive, hour-long workshop shows you how to create a learning agenda that will define those questions for a single initiative or a whole organizational strategy, as well as how to prioritize the questions so you can focus on those with the greatest potential benefit. Participants will leave with a head start on a learning agenda for their own program or organization.
