SDP Data Fellows Richard Bowman and Sade Bonilla’s work on the value-added model being used for the teacher evaluation system in Albuquerque Public Schools is highlighted in the two articles “Pilot Program to Test Merit Pay for Teachers” and “Mixed Reviews on School Grading Plan” in the *Albuquerque Journal.* The evaluation system pilot program will test the use of merit pay for teachers in the district.
