Irene Pak is responsible for managing and developing the Partnering in Education Research (PIER) Fellowship program. She has over 10 years of experience in the field of higher education administration. Prior to joining CEPR, she has held various positions within admissions, student services, diversity and inclusion, and academic programs at Wellesley College, Harvard Graduate School of Education, Harvard Divinity School, and Teachers College, Columbia University. She holds a BA from Bowdoin College and an Ed.M. in Human Development & Psychology from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
