Jennifer Barrios is the Operations and Recruitment Manager for Proving Ground at CEPR. Previous positions at CEPR include administrative assistant, coordinator, and senior coordinator. Prior to joining the organization, Jennifer spent the past years directing an after-school and summer program for Boston Public Schools in partnership with the YMCA of Greater Boston. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Management from Pine Manor College.
