Brenda Rodriguez is the Associate Director of Research Operations at Harvard’s Center for Education Policy Research (CEPR), leading operations for the analytic team: staff allocation, research compliance (DUAs, IRB, funder reporting), and the staff lifecycle from recruitment through offboarding.
Brenda previously directed large-scale federal studies at Abt Global for HUD, HHS/ACF, ONDCP, DOJ, and USDA, managing $10M+ in contracts and field teams of 50+ across multiple states. She specializes in research with hard-to-reach populations, including homeless families, human trafficking survivors, tribal communities, and low-income households.
