Jasmine Jha

Jasmine Jha is a Research Analyst II for the States Leading States project at CEPR. Before joining CEPR, Jasmine worked as a Monitoring & Evaluation Consultant at the Heights and Minds Foundation, where she analyzed proof-of-concept data and conducted cost-benefit analyses to assess program impacts. Previously, she was a Consultant with the World Bank Group’s Education Global Practice and a Research Assistant at Georgetown University’s McCourt School of Public Policy. She also served as an Assistant Professor at the University of Delhi, where she taught econometrics and international economics. Jasmine holds a Master of International Development Policy from Georgetown University, an M.A. in Economics from Panjab University, and a B.A. (Hons.) in Economics from the University of Delhi.
