Shwetha Parvathy

Shwetha Parvathy is a Senior Research Manager at CEPR. Prior to joining CEPR, she worked as a Research and Learning Advisor at the Global Center for Development of the Whole Child at the University of Notre Dame. Shwetha has experience working across ECD, foundational literacy and numeracy, and SEL in LMICs and emergencies. She has led multi-year research and learning agendas, and built multi-stakeholder partnerships to foster a culture of evidence-based decision making across programs and organizations. Shwetha holds a Master's degree in Public Policy from Georgetown University.
