Yerin Yoon
Postdoctoral Fellow, Research Initiatives for College and Career Success (RICCS)
Yerin Yoon is a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Center for Education Policy Research (CEPR). Her research examines how educational policies and programs shape students' pathways, from K–12 schooling to college and workforce transitions. Current and prior work focuses on the impact of choice-based policies, particularly school choice and career and technical education (CTE). Yerin holds a Ph.D. in Education Policy Evaluation from Boston College and an M.Ed. and B.A. from Seoul National University of Education. Prior to her doctoral studies, Yerin was a public elementary school teacher in Seoul, South Korea.
