Ashley Snowdon MacDonough is Deputy Director of Finance, Strategy, and Operations at CEPR. Ashley previously served in a number of different roles at CEPR, including Director of Finance and Proving Ground Manager. Prior to that, she worked at City Year as Manager on the District Engagement team. Ashley received her MBA specializing in Social Impact from Boston University and her B.A. from the University of Virginia.
