Kellie Solowski
Senior Research Program Manager, States Leading States
Kellie Solowski is the Senior Research Program Manager for the States Leading States project at the Center for Education Policy Research. She previously served in the same role for the National Center for Rural Education Research Networks (NCRERN) at CEPR. Previously, Kellie was an elementary school teacher in rural Arkansas and has also taught middle school history in Rochester, NY. Kellie received an M.S. in education policy with a concentration in program evaluation from the University of Rochester Warner School of Education. She has a B.A. in history from Columbia University where she was also a member of the women’s rowing team.
