Noah is an Education Policy and Program Evaluation PhD student at Harvard Graduate School of Education. He studies the economics of education with an emphasis on higher education, long-run outcomes, inequality, and access to opportunity. He explores these topics using economic theory and causal inference methods. Prior to starting at Harvard, Noah received a BA in economics from Vassar College and worked as a Senior Research Support Associate at MIT.
