Hannah Carter

Hannah Carter is a Senior Project Manager with the Mathematics Teaching and Teacher Learning (MTTL) Program, where she manages research administration for MTTL’s projects and supports data collection and measurement development for the M-Powering Teachers project. As part of her broader work at the Harvard Graduate School of Education, Hannah also manages experimental studies in teacher education for a research unit led by Heather Hill.

Hannah began her career as a high school math teacher and girls’ basketball coach and most recently served as a Research Project Manager at the Annenberg Institute at Brown University. She holds an M.P.P. in Education Policy from Vanderbilt University and a B.S. in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
