PIER Summer Residency Placement: Providence Public Schools (RI)

Kate Larned is a Partnering in Education Resarch (PIER) Fellow and doctoral student in the Education Policy and Program Evaluation program at Harvard University. Prior to her doctoral studies, Kate was a research analyst at CEPR. She holds an M.A. in urban education policy from Brown University, where she worked as a teaching assistant for introductory statistics and education policy courses, and as a graduate research assistant at the Annenberg Institute for School Reform. Prior to that, she taught high school mathematics in Central Falls, RI. Katherine also holds a B.A. in economics from Macalester College.
